You add listings from supported sites; our AI extracts data and proposes rent, expenses, and a deal score. Your dashboard shows all tracked properties so you can compare and decide.

The dashboard is your home base. At the top you see summary cards:

• Total properties scanned
• Average ROI and average score (out of 10)
• Free scans remaining, or Premium status

Below that, your properties appear in a grid or list. Use filters and sort to find the best deals.

Add properties using the browser tracker so we can pull data from listing pages.

Open the tracker, then go to a listing on a supported portal. We track it automatically and our AI proposes data—it appears on your dashboard ready to review.

Click any property card to open its detail page. You'll see AI-proposed rent estimates, ROI, score, expenses, and full property info so you can evaluate the deal.

Invite teammates from the Team page. To track listings from a new portal, request the domain in Domain Requests; once approved, that site is supported for the browser tracker.
